Hello my friends! I just wanted to make a couple announcements about a couple things that I am integrating into the podcast and the next step in the vision! I opened up the podcast to all of New England! Since I started I intentionally kept the podcast very small in 2 counties in Massachusetts and a little bit of New Hampshire, and I realized recently that I have been limiting myself to grow! I have also began a new avenue in the real estate investing space in the world of capital raising! I am ecstatic to be able to take on projects with you guys, present passive opportunities to our community to be able to invest and learn, help operators be able do more projects, and make a portion of the general partnership/equity by connecting everyone!
