Quatro achieved international success with hits like "Can the Can," "48 Crash," and "Devil Gate Drive," which showcased her powerful voice and energetic stage presence. As a bassist, she challenged gender norms and inspired countless women to pursue careers in music. Quatro's impact extends beyond her solo career; she also had a successful acting career, notably portraying Leather Tuscadero on the TV show "Happy Days." Suzi has remained active over the years, recently finally gaining a new audience. In August 2023, Quatro released an album of duets with KT Tunstall entitled Face to Face. She's currently gearing up for a new Australian tour, with dates from February 24th for a whole month across Australia. Laurie Kaye’s memoir is the story of her rock radio-related early life leading up to John Lennon’s final interview.
