GBD107. Collaboration Tools & Getting Remote Work Right.

"The playing field has changed for EVER" Our guests this week are Jim Gilbert, Les Nettleton and Amy Vetter, a trio of US-based accounting professionals whose expertise blends finance, technology and people. We explore how companies can work remotely more effectively, collaborate better, and develop new ways of working together, apart, that will stand them in good stead long after the current pandemic crisis is behind them. We also hear about the work of the AICPA & CIMA Technology Task Force.  TALKING POINTS. Why’s collaboration suddenly more important than ever?  How to move from preparation to action. How easy is it to collaborate when there’s SO much going on? Are all companies approaching collaboration the same way? What are some good ways to get ready for remote work hen you're not really used to ‘collaborative tech’ stuff? Types of collaborative tools and platforms that companies need to get going with?  RESOURCES.
