Fresh calls are being made for more action to be taken against scrambler bikes after a number of incidents at a park in West Dublin. Locals who live near Hartstown Park say someone will be killed by a young person on a scrambler if something isn’t done soon.Motorised vehicles are prohibited from the park and many other public parks in Dublin, however people say the law is not being enforced.
