We are fast approaching summer and thus festival season. But between the tents and plastic bottles festivals have been noted for their unsustainable nature. But this year some of Irelands top festivals are taking steps to reduce the harm they cause to our environment.  o Linehan Editor of CLIMATE, Sunday Times Ireland and Sustainability columnist Irish Country Magazine tell us all.

On Monday the EU and the UK struck a new post-Brexit deal, which extends their access to each other’s fishing waters beyond the initial 2026 date to 2038. So how will this impact both Irish and UK fishermen? To discuss with Pat was John Lynch, CEO Of Irish South and East Fish Producers Organisation and Mike Cohen, Chief Executive Officer, Nation.

A new report, released today has highlighted concerns over Irelands aviation industry. Pat discusses the findings with Eamonn Brennan, former Director General of EUROCONTROL and coauthor of the report.

His new book Kincora exposes the rampant sexual abuse of young boys that took place at the Belfast Boys’ home.Chris joined Pat in studio this morning.
