As well intended as some Biblical counseling is, it is often based on some flawed premises, namely that all negative emotions or outcomes are a direct result of overt or hidden sin in the one being counseled.  Pastor Cody Schwichtenberg joins us this week to offer a more balanced alternative, using Law and Gospel appropriately for each person, and drawing from the rich comfort of the Heidelberg Catechism to offer peace and rest to weary saints.
