Stuart Lancaster is a former school teacher and is now Senior Coach at Leinster in the Pro 14. Dave Lyme is from Australia originally and has been around rugby for most of his life. Having only starting coaching in 2014, he had immediate success with the Fairfield Yankees men’s team out of Connecticut who went on to win the USA Rugby D3 National Championship in 2016. Currently he is the head coach of Sacred Heart University, Staples High School, and Westport P.A.L. Youth Rugby. Kris Stafford has been coaching rugby for 10 years and is the full time Rugby Development Officer at Leeds Beckett University, as well as head coach at Old Otliensians RUFC in West Yorkshire.
