Lesley McKenzie hails from Fort Nelson, British Columbia in Canada and is the women's head coach for the Japan Rugby Football Union. She represented Canada at two Rugby World Cups and earned 25 caps. Lesley had coaching roles with UBC before moving to New Zealand as a Rugby Development Officer. She has been based in Japan for 3 years now.

Chris Campbell is the Performance Sport Manager at Nottingham Trent University in the UK where he oversees 11 performance programs across various sports. He also has Head Coaching roles at Hinckley RFC & Leicestershire Men's Senior XV. Most importantly, he is the Under 7s coach at Stow-On-The-Wold

Curtis Bradford has had roles formerly with NSW Rugby, Leicester Tigers and the Welsh Rugby Union. He currently heads up Rugby Austria’s 7s programme.
