This week Nando and DJ take another look at the Starting Sixteen contenders in the Second Best Batman Villain bracket. Nando explains why Penguin, Hush, and Black Mask are the same. New Bracket! This week we open up our Second Best Batman Villain bracket by having Nando haphazardly guess which year each member of our Sweet Sixteen debuted. We also talk about all of the Batman villains that didn't make the cut which includes the likes of Condiment King, Killer Croc, Egghead, and more than thirty others.
