Mostly Nitpicking

We're about to be in the end game, so let's look back at the...beginning and middle game? This week, Nando and DJ assemble some of their best questions nitpick the pre-Endgame Marvel Cinematic Universe. They talk about the Infinity Stones, the forgotten inventions, and of course the panther god.

Guys. The actual tagline for this movie is: "When The World Needed Superheroes, We Got What We Deserved." I really hope this isn't what we deserve. And boy do I need some superheroes right now. This week, Nando and DJ go through hell and back to watch a movie that we will undoubtedly all forget about in a week, 2019's Hellboy. They nitpick the trees, the swords, and the unbelievably poor CGI.

After After The Thrones is back, baby! For those out there that are confused, we're still doing Mostly Nitpicking. New episode should be out very soon. But we also do a recap show for every episode of Game of Thrones. It started as a joke but now it's just a regular recap show. This week, Nando, DJ, and Chris Diggins sit down and discuss Winterfell. They talk about Bran's demeanor, Euron's plan, and what they're expecting to see in the final season.

His name isn't Captain Sparkles. It definitely isn't Captain Marvel. And even though it's the title of the movie, I'm not convinced that his name is Shazam either. This week, Nando and DJ call upon the powers of five Greek/Roman gods and one Biblical king to nitpick the movie that both wants you to forget and remember that Batman v Superman happened, Shazam! They nitpick the magic doors, the homicidal bullies, and of course the acronym.

Everything they built HAS FALLEN! This week, Nando and DJ force themselves to watch the movie that made them completely ok with Disney wiping this continuity away forever, X-Men: Apocalypse. They nitpick the new characters, the pointless cameos, and of course, the arrows.

Finally! An X-Men movie where the X-Men and Magneto put aside their differences to stop a common...wait a second. Why does Magneto have that gun? Oh never mind. He's a bad guy again. This week, Nando and DJ get a glowy temple massage from Shadowcat and go back back back in time to revisit 2014's X-Men: Days of Future Past. They nitpick the Sentinels, the new mutants, and of course the ticking clock.

Before he was Professor X, he was Charles. Before he was Magneto, he was Erik. Before these movies were bad again, this one was awesome. This week, Nando and DJ get to rewatch the X-Men movie that got enough things right to balance out all of the things X3 and Origins Wolverine got wrong and keep the franchise alive, X-Men: First Class. They nitpick the powers, the costumes, and of course the nuclear armageddon.

High-ish. Far-ish. Kinda fast. This week, Nando and DJ take to the skies and nitpick the 4000th entry in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Captain Marvel. They look at the Skrulls, the easter eggs, and of course the nineties. You remember the nineties, right?

Fantastic Four director Josh Trank says he had a fantastic version of this. And it would've received great reviews. We'll probably never see it. Instead all we have is this. This week, Nando and DJ put on their space suits, roll up their American flag, and watch what very well may be the worst comic book movie ever made, 2015's Fantastic Four. They nitpick the reshoot wigs, the crash test dummies, and of course the science fairs.

The Final Chapter...the last one...no more of these...trust us. Wink This week, Nando and DJ saddle up and take a look at the epic conclusion to the most solid trilogy of animated movies in recent memory, How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World. They nitpick the dragons, the viking society, and of course Grimmel's plan.
