Fear and doubt are related. In that relationship, I was so afraid of it ending—even though it was unhealthy and the relationship wasn't even really a relationship at that point—but I couldn't acknowledge reality. I was afraid to, and that kept me stuck in the trap [of doubt], and it led to a lot of suffering." – Michael KammersSee Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

I think that comes from this belief, or rather a commitment, to this idea that I just want people to be happy and resourced. That doesn't mean I want people to be Buddhist, it doesn't necessarily mean I want people to be meditators. I want people to have access to the resources they need to be well." – Lama Rod Owens See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
