Ep 77: Why Control Is An Illusion

Start Your Transformation NowAre you a control freak? Try to control everything and everyone? If so and you want to start letting that go you’re going to love this episode. As I mention in this episode, I think everyone has some degree of “control” in them, even if it’s just a little bit it’s still a survival mechanism. However, in this episode I am more specifically talking about people who are trying to control everything around them.In this episode I talk about: [2:15] Subtle degrees of control [4:13] The impossibility of controlling others [5:07] Controlling self and others [7:37] The paradox of trying to control external turmoil causes internal turmoil [12:42] Micromanagers and control And, how control is not always a control issue, it’s a whole different issue I wrap up this episode with a simple formula for letting go of control and I call it STD. No, not that kind of STD!The opposite of control is: Surrender, Trust and No Doubt (STD).As you may start noticing after this episode, when you STD, life becomes easier and you’re going to be so much happier and specifically, at peace.Transformational Takeaway: Control is an illusion, you can’t even control your thinking. When you get into control you are controlled by the illusion of control.Mentioned Resources:Master Thought FormulaLet's Connect: Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn LIKED THE EPISODE?If you're the kind of person who likes to help others, then share this with your friends and family. Ep 76: Q & A - How Can I Be Rich And Spiritual At The Same Time?

Start Your Transformation NowI personally don’t get it, seriously, what is the negative relationship between spirituality and wealth? It’s interesting that so many people think that spirituality and wealth are incompatible. So, in this episode, I talk about this archaic belief and also about self-worth as it relates to money and wealth.Unlike the person who asked this question I hold the opposite belief, and that is, money and spirituality are absolutely compatible and you can easily have both.In this episode I talk about: [1:26] Why spirituality and money are not diametrically opposed [3:38] Why to be spiritual MEANS we can have and attract money [5:27] How all of life, which is “spiritual,” is about expansion and not contraction [10:32] How your self-worth determines your wealth [11:50] Why money is not a measure of self-value [21:43] How you can help more people become wealthy And, like I say in just about every episode synopsis, I’ll talk about a lot more. The world you live in will give you ANY amount of money you want, but only based on the value you hold for yourself.Transformational Takeaway: How can you be rich and spiritual at the same time? Easy, be rich and spiritual at the same time.Mentioned Resources:Master Thought FormulaCarl Sagan’s Pale Blue Dot OFFICIALEpisode 9: How The Law Of Attraction Repels The Money And Abundance You Want“The Science of Getting Rich.”- Wallace WattlesDisclosure: Some of the links above are affiliate links, meaning, at no additional cost to you, I will earn a small commission if you make a purchase.Let's Connect: Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn LIKED THE EPISODE?If you're the kind of person who likes to help others, then share this with your friends and family. Ep 75: Why Changing Your Mindset Never Works

Start Your Transformation NowIf you’re like just about every person on the planet you’ve wanted something different in your life and you’ve tried to “change your mindset” to create new things in life, right? And, if you’re like most of the planet, a few days later you’ve found yourself right back in your old patterns and ways. Why does this happen?Easy, “changing your mindset” does not work. It’s a left-brain process and behavior and habits come from a different part of the brain, the reptilian brain…so, when trying to think our way to change we have two parts of our brain at odds and the reptilian brain will dominate and always win!In this episode I talk about why changing your mindset never works and I give you a path to what works and what to do instead. In this episode I talk about: [8:43] How changing mindset is a broken and ineffective strategy for change [9:44] How mindset is mental but behavior and habits and neurological [12:28] How different parts of your brain play different roles in change [16:12] Why self-deception and mindset are a trap [19:13] Why we must think from “higher levels” than mindset [21:03] And the roles of subconscious identity and brain-based habits As I say in this episode, the masses have been taught that if you want to get the change you just need to change your mindset and that is just not so…and your own life probably proves that!To create the lasting and permanent change you must understand how your brain works in the process of change and then work with your brain to facilitate the change.Transformational Takeaway: Changing mindset does not work – changing identity and habits doesMentioned Resources:“The Power of Your Subconscious Mind” – Joseph Murphy & “It Works!” bookMaster Thought FormulaDisclosure: Some of the links above are affiliate links, meaning, at no additional cost to you, I will earn a small commission if you make a purchase.Let's Connect: Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn LIKED THE EPISODE?If you're the kind of person who likes to help others, then share this with your friends and family. Ep 73: Are You A Cosmic Being?

Start Your Transformation NowYou’ve probably heard people say, “We’re not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience.”My challenge with this statement is that many people get trapped in the dogma of being “spiritual.” (Which is an episode in itself.)The way I experience life is that we are infinite cosmic beings who incarnate into bodies and in those bodies we learn to embrace dogma that keeps us blind and trapped for a lifetime. In this episode I talk about: [1:57] Why you’re not a spiritual being [3:42] Where you were before you got here [5:02] How you are not your body [7:29] The fact that we forget who we are after we’re born [8:40] How we become “domesticated” to life on the planet [12:04] How we get trapped in our 3D illusions of life [17:04] And, how the littlest part of us controls the totality of us. The majority of us are consumed with life experiences and situations that are driven by the smallest part of our being and we relinquish all our power to the smallest part of ourselves.Until we start working from the larger part of our cosmic and infinite selves we’re working against the nature of who we are and life can be very challenging.Transformational Takeaway: You are a cosmic being and all the daily stuff you get trapped in IS inconsequential and a waste of your life force and energy.Let's Connect: Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn LIKED THE EPISODE?If you're the kind of person who likes to help others, then share this with your friends and family. Ep 72: Q & A - How To Have Peace And Not Live In Fear

Start Your Transformation NowFear…the concept and counter productive way of BEing that paralyzes most of the planet.Fear is a dreadful disease that relegates most people to the sidelines of life. Fear is virtually soul sucking and sucks the life out of people. It destroys exploration and adventure in life. It destroys the ability of many people to bring their gifts to the world. In this episode I talk about: [1:23] What fear is [2:54] Why most fears are not really fearful situations [4:17] The illusion that all fear is loss driven [7:10] The illusion of security [10:32] Why if you never leave your comfort zone you never leave it [11:19] The two biggest fears people get into [19:33] Strategies to overcome fear [22:17] Fear from a new perspective so it no longer hurts you Transformational Takeaway: Everything happens to you so that you can grow and evolve spiritually.Mentioned Resources:Master Thought Formula – FREE TRAININGBob Newhart – STOP ITLet's Connect: Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn LIKED THE EPISODE?If you're the kind of person who likes to help others, then share this with your friends and family. Ep 71: You Can Uplevel The BE-DO-HAVE Model Using Identity Transformation

Start Your Transformation NowHave you ever wondered why you try and try and try to change but nothing changes? If so, you’re not alone and it’s not your fault, it’s your brain keeping you trapped in your old subconscious identity. In this episode, I delve into the BE-DO-HAVE model of performance which you’ve probably heard me talk about over and over and I talk about why some people still fail with it. I share with you how to up-level and make the BE-DO-HAVE strategy of performance work for you!In this episode I talk about: [1:43] How your current subconscious identity keeps you trapped [7:48] How your reptilian brain does not want you to change [12:22] How predictability keeps you trapped [13:48] Why anxiety sets in when you’re trying to change [18:43] How “Resistance” is not your friend [20:33] Why there is no time but NOW to work from [23:12] And, how your brain tries to protect you but keeps you trapped If you’ve ever wondered, “WHY, why do I want to change so badly but I keep finding myself right back in my old patterns” then this episode is for you.In this episode, I dig into brain-based function as well as the psychological aspects of change and transformation.Transformational Takeaway: What is the subconscious identity of the person seeking transformation?Mentioned Resources:Episode 5: Why Your Bad Habits Are So Hard To BreakThe Power of the Subconscious Mind – Joseph MurphyDisclosure: Some of the links above are affiliate links, meaning, at no additional cost to you, I will earn a small commission if you make a purchase.Let's Connect: Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn LIKED THE EPISODE?If you're the kind of person who likes to help others, then share this with your friends and family. Ep 70: Q & A - I Have A Good Life And Good Husband But I’m Not Happy In My Marriage, What Do I Do?

Start Your Transformation NowThis is a HUGE situation for millions of people: OK marriage but something is missing, stale, just not working – it’s just not fulfilling. In this episode, I go several places with it, specifically and as asked, I talk briefly about “twin flames” and then I talk about what I see people doing that destroys relationships.I talk about: [7:07] Lack of self-awareness [8:23] Buying each other’s “rackets” [22:15] Lack of luster communication skills [23:09] Fears of communicating and asking [24:35] “Conditioning” each other out of the relationship [30:37] And, how different processing styles divide relationships What’s interesting to me is that millions of people get married each year all around the world and where culturally permissible, millions of divorces and separations also happen each year.Specifically, and as I address in this episode, there is a massive lack of self-awareness and emotional maturity in the world and this contributes to over a 50% divorce rate in many countries in the world. No matter your relationship status I think just about every listener will find value in this episode.Transformational Takeaway: No one person can be everything to you.Let's Connect: Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn LIKED THE EPISODE?If you're the kind of person who likes to help others, then share this with your friends and family. Ep 69: This Is Your Greatest Cause of Suffering

Start Your Transformation NowHow many things, ideas, people and emotions have you “attached” to yourself? How many of these things have brought you anguish and despair?Buddha once said, “The cause of suffering is attachment” and that’s obviously what I’m talking about in this episode.I see people angry for years over their past circumstances, past relationships, lost dreams, lost physical property and the list goes on. All of this is attachment. In this episode I talk about: [4:41] What things you have attached to that have caused you pain [5:40] My own battles with attachment [7:05] How expectations are a form of attachment [14:19] Why political beliefs are attachment [16:12] How most people don’t ask for truth in life [18:13] Why beliefs are archaic [23:58] The poison of negative emotional attachments [28:28] How attachment blocks life realizations And, like I say in every podcast description, much more.Working with a shaman for many years, letting go of attachment has been one of the biggest lessons in the forefront of my life. It can be a challenge and also very liberating. As we all know, it’s so easy to attach to things, people and ideas around us, and in the end, many of these things come to be our suffering.I enjoyed doing this episode and hopefully you can see yourself in many of the examples I used.Transformational Takeaway: Attachment is suffering.Let's Connect: Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn LIKED THE EPISODE?If you're the kind of person who likes to help others, then share this with your friends and family. Ep 68: Q & A - How Do I Manage My Anger?

Start Your Transformation NowThis is a powerful question I got this week and one I’m sure a majority of people are working through.Anger is so destructive and it destroys so many lives and relationships and yet it runs through so many lives.Anger is poison. (I know because it also used to be very prevalent in my life.)In this episode I talk about: [2:19] What anger is [3:00] Stress and anger [4:17] Why people get into anger [5:08] Anger triggers [15:24] How to defuse anger in others [22:55] How you learned anger [31:32] How to eliminate anger And, some practical applications to alleviate or stop anger. In my opinion, this is a vital episode for most people because anger is destructive, it causes health issues and it divides relationships. And, for most people, it’s controlling. No matter your level of anger and how it influences you I’m sure you’ll find value in this episode.Transformational Takeaway: If there is no anger in you, you cannot be angry.Mentioned Resources:7-11 Breathing Exercise on Hypnosis DownloadsEpisode 5: Why Your Bad Habits Are So Hard To BreakDisclosure: Some of the links above are affiliate links, meaning, at no additional cost to you, I will earn a small commission if you make a purchase.Let's Connect: Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn LIKED THE EPISODE?If you're the kind of person who likes to help others, then share this with your friends and family.
