Ep 393: Throwback to Ep43: Nothing Works In Your Life Without This
Start Your Transformation Now
Ever wondered why you’re not getting the results you want in the gym, in your business and perhaps all the areas of your life? There could be many reasons but a huge reason is talked about in this episode, self-integrity. Are you being 100% integral with your word to yourself relative to your desired outcomes?
Do you eat the way you say you’ll eat? Do you go to the gym when you say you will go? Do you lead generate for your business like you say you will? Do you do what you say you’ll do when you say you’ll do it?
If you just said no to the above questions you’re going to love this episode because it’s all about self-integrity! It’s all about doing what you say you’re going to do when you say you’re going to do it.
In this episode I discuss:[2:46] How you can have a 100-500% increase in your productivity when you keep your word to yourself.[7:08] How I used to lie to myself about integrity (and you probably do too).[22:44] How we speak our lives into existence.[23:12] Why not keeping your word affects your self-esteem.And, of course, much much more.Self-Integrity is VITAL to your success in any activity and according to a Harvard business professor who studies it, it’s one of the most over-looked concepts in business and life. When we’re out of self-integrity, nothing works, we keep failing over and over in many areas of life that we think are important to us.Let me rephrase the last paragraph, things work in life but they rarely work the way we want when we’re out of integrity.
Listen, apply, and enjoy!

Ep 392: You Can't Have More In Life Until You Give This Up
Start Your Transformation Now
In this episode, Jim Fortin reveals the one thing you must release if you truly want more from life: your emotional baggage. From guilt and fear to shame and self-judgment, Jim breaks down why clinging to these old emotions keeps you stuck at “first base” in life—safe but stagnant. Through powerful metaphors, real coaching stories, and deep subconscious insights, Jim explains how to finally let go so you can receive what your soul is really asking for.
Jim dives into the neuroscience and energetics behind why we resist letting go—even when it costs us everything we want. You’ll learn how we become emotionally enslaved by past events, why our brains trick us into choosing safety over growth, and how unresolved fears block the flow of abundance, joy, and personal power. If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing the inner work but still stuck, this episode will help you understand why—and what to do next.
If you’re ready to stop circling the same fears and finally step into more, this episode will show you how to drop the weight and open the door to transformation.
What You’ll Discover in This Episode:
Why You Can’t Keep One Foot on First Base (01:12) Jim introduces a powerful metaphor that illustrates why holding on to the past blocks new opportunities.
Nathan’s Story: The Cost of Holding On (05:15) A coaching example that shows how unresolved shame and guilt can sabotage progress—no matter how much we say we want change.
The Furniture Metaphor: No Room for the New (11:40) Jim explains how holding on to emotional baggage leaves no space for new experiences or abundance.
How Your Fears Keep Circling Like Coyotes (24:45) A vivid story to help you see how fear continues to show up until you confront and conquer it.
Are You a Slave to Emotion? (22:30) Jim challenges listeners to consider whether their lives are being run by fear, shame, or the need for external validation.
Your Soul Is Waiting—Let It Out (20:30) A reminder that soulful living requires courage, not comfort—and that everything you want lies beyond fear.
Listen, apply, and enjoy!
Transformational Takeaway
You can’t have more in life until you let go of what’s weighing you down. Transformation isn’t about gaining—it’s about releasing. Fear, shame, guilt, and self-judgment don’t define you—they delay you. Let go to let in. You were never meant to carry the past forever. The life you want is already waiting… if you have the courage to put down what’s holding you back and reach for it.

Ep 390: Escaping the Figure Life Out Paradox
Start Your Transformation Now
Are you stuck trying to “figure life out” before taking your next step? In this episode, Jim Fortin unpacks the illusion behind this common mindset and reveals why overthinking keeps so many people trapped in a cycle of confusion, frustration, and inaction. Through real-life stories and his own experience, Jim explains why waiting for clarity often leads nowhere—and how taking inspired action is the true path to freedom and fulfillment.
Jim explores the psychological trap of needing all the answers before moving forward, a mindset that holds countless people in place. He introduces a powerful shift: clarity doesn’t come before action—it comes because of it. Whether you’re trying to make a big life move or simply feel stuck, this episode offers the key to break free from the paradox and reclaim your momentum.
If you’ve spent far too long trying to think your way to clarity, this episode is the wake-up call to stop overthinking and start living.
What You’ll Discover in This Episode:
Why Trying to “Figure It Out” Doesn’t Work (01:05) Jim explains why most people stay stuck not because they can’t move, but because they believe they need all the answers before doing so.
John’s Story: The Paralysis of Overthinking (03:00) A powerful example of how overthinking—and the need for certainty—can keep someone stagnant for years.
The Real Solution: Action Creates Clarity (06:45) Jim shares the philosophy “something leads to something” and shows how taking any action can unlock new opportunities and awareness.
How to Make Calculated, Inspired Risks (10:30) Jim contrasts reckless risk with intuitive, aligned decision-making—and how to know the difference.
When Analytical Thinking Becomes the Enemy (17:50) A discussion on why too much thinking actually blocks intuition, inspiration, and growth.
The Heart-Led Way to Move Forward (23:40) Jim introduces a more effective approach to decision-making—one guided by joy, peace, and your inner knowing.
Listen, apply, and enjoy!
Transformational Takeaway
You don’t need to “figure it all out” to start moving forward. In fact, the longer you wait for perfect clarity, the further you drift from the life you want. Clarity is born from action—not thought. Trust that taking one small, inspired step will reveal the next. Life always supports movement. And remember: everything always has been, is now, and always will be fine.

Ep 389: Throwback to Ep81: You Cannot Outperform Yourself
Start Your Transformation Now
How often have you set goals or wanted something badly only to find that you fail over and over in achieving it?
If you can say yes to the line above, you’re not alone, this is the pattern for most people and the cause is simple, people are setting goals for things that are not in their self-image. People are trying to perform at levels that are outside their self-image and subconscious identity.
Many years ago I remember hearing the motivational speaker Les Brown said, “You cannot operate outside of the context of the vision you have for yourself.” Which basically means, you cannot be, do or have what you are not.
In this episode I talk about:[1:24] What your self-image is and how it was created[2:21] The cycle of self-identity reinforcement[5:57] The illusion of self-image[15:53] Why you’ll never live up to your full potential[27:22] How to reverse engineer your life from the inside out[31:01] And, How nothing in your life will change until you change
There’s an old Tibetan saying, “What you are on the inside is what you are on the outside.” If you want more in your life you must BE more in life.
There is absolutely no escape from this concept. You must first be it in your mind before you can have it in your life.
Listen, apply, and enjoy!

You cannot outperform yourself!

Ep 387: Throwback to Ep11: The Real Reason You Never Have Enough Time To Do All That You Want To
Start Your Transformation Now
If you’re like most people you go through your days never having enough time, always playing “catch up” and wondering what you can do differently to get things done, right? If this is you, then you’re going to love this podcast episode because getting everything done that you need to is not about managing your time, it’s about prioritizing your commitments and values. When you know what you value most and what you’re committed to, it’s then easy to understand how you need to prioritize your time. If you don’t know what you’re committed to you don’t know how you’re choosing and when you don’t know how you’re choosing you’re mismanaging your time.
Actually, the reason most people never have enough time is because they manage their day by time, and when you manage your day by time, you’ll never have enough time. Look at your own life and you’ll probably find that to be true. If you want to “catch up” and be productive and get things done then you must start managing your time by commitments and values.
In this episode I discuss:Managing your time is no longer about the clockWhenever you manage your time by time or circumstance, you will never have enough timePrioritize your time, energy, and effort to get you to bigger long-term rewards, than chasing your tail every single dayWhat am I committed to? Whatever you are committed to is what you want to prioritizeIf you don’t know what you are committed to, you don’t know how you’re choosing, then you do not know how you are investing or squandering your timeWhatever you’re in the habit of, is how you invest your timeWhat am I committed to and who do I have to BE to make it happen

Ep 386: Being a Zero Limit Person pt.3
Start Your Transformation Now
What if you’re not just capable of abundance—but are abundance itself? In part three of the Zero Limit Person series, Jim Fortin invites listeners to challenge everything they’ve been taught about prosperity and manifestation. This episode, I Am Infinite Abundance, unpacks the powerful truth that abundance isn’t something to chase—it’s something to know, embody, and live from.
Jim takes a bold stance against the noise and distraction of modern life that keeps us externally focused and disconnected from our true nature. Through clear examples and deep reflection, he explains why most people work backwards in life—believing they must "attract" abundance rather than realizing they already are it. He reveals how inner alignment with infinite source energy, not outer action, is the true key to prosperity.
If you’ve ever struggled with money, worth, or success, this episode is your invitation to stop chasing and start remembering who you really are.
What You’ll Discover in This Episode:
You Are Infinite Abundance, Not Just a Magnet for It (02:20) Jim explains the critical difference between attracting abundance and being abundance.
The Content vs. Context Distinction (05:30) Why most people fail to transform despite consuming content—and how to shift into real integration.
Why Silence Is the Gateway to Abundance (08:45) Jim shares a powerful self-reflection exercise and explains why so many fear being alone with themselves.
The Truth About Manifestation and Internal State (16:15) A compelling story about two massage therapists and how your being shapes your abundance—not your doing.
The Universe Doesn't Judge—It Responds (30:00) Even polarizing figures like Trump channel abundance. Why? Because they identify with it.
Money Is a Mirror of Your Inner Reality (35:30) Jim breaks down how fear repels abundance and why love and alignment are the true attractors.
Claim Your Identity as Source (40:48) You don’t become infinite abundance—you are it. It’s time to remember.
Listen, apply, and enjoy!
Transformational Takeaway
You are not separate from abundance. You are not something broken that needs fixing. You are consciousness, divine mind, infinite source—expressing through human form. The illusion of lack is just that: an illusion. When you stop chasing and start knowing, life responds. Infinite abundance isn’t something you “get.” It’s what you are. Remember this truth, live from this truth, and everything changes. Stop asking. Start being.

Ep 385: Throwback to Ep89: Your Weaknesses Aren’t Trapping You, Your Indoctrination And Habits Are
Start Your Transformation Now How many times have you tried to change and failed and then said things like…“I’m so weak, I have no willpower, I can’t trust myself,” and the like?Well, the truth is this, when you’ve tried to change in the past and failed, it’s not about you personally, it’s about your habits. More specifically, it’s about your reptilian brain habits. So, when you’ve tried to change before and failed, it has nothing to do with weakness, it simply has to do with knowing how to work with your brain. In this episode I talk about:[2:30] How personalizing your habits is a mistake[3:50] Why your habits are not about “you”[5:29] Why you are not your habits[7:14] The fact that you’ve been indoctrinated into who you are[10:23] How your indoctrination keeps you trapped[18:03] Your money and health indoctrination[21:25] And, the reason you should choose your self-indoctrinationI often tell people, “You’re not at the mercy of your circumstances, you’re at the mercy of your interpretations.” And, it’s vital that you not personalize your habits and your interpretations because you’re then working against yourself in your quest for change and transformation.Listen, apply, and enjoy!
