Ep 419: Throwback To Ep235: Honestly, You Can Be, Do And Have Everything You Want When…

Start Your Transformation Now  I know the headline is bold, but it is true. You can Be Do And Have everything you want WHEN you become resourceful enough to create it. Look around you. Look at the millions of people who have created exactly what you want in life. Why have they done this and you have not? Easy, the have become resourceful enough to create it. Most people work backwards. They want resources, and that is often money or something they think they want. The problem with that is that resources come and go but it’s the initial resourcefulness that created the resources in the first place. What does it look like to be resourceful? The definition of resourceful is: Having the ability to find quick and clever ways to overcome difficulties. The definition of un resourceful is: Not having the ability to find quick and clever ways to overcome difficulties. In plain English. It means you give up, quit and make excuses about why you can’t Do, Be or Have what you want in life. As you just read through that, which applies to you? (Even if you don’t want to admit it.) I want you to have more and that is why I created this audio (podcast) titled: You can BE, DO and Have everything you want when you are resourceful. Enjoy it while you’re listening, but more than that…apply the concept and watch your life start changing in the ways you never imagined. The reason you don’t have what you want in life is because you are not being resourceful enough to create it. What dramatic change? BE resourceful! Listen, apply, and enjoy!  Transformational Takeaway  You Can Be, Do And Have Everything You Want When You BEcome Resourceful! Ep 417: Throwback to Ep346: Conversations with a Sorcerer: Escaping Your Biggest Enemy Part 2

Start Your Transformation Now  In today’s episode, I’ll continue exploring the profound impact of attachments and why learning to let go is a key to personal growth and true freedom. Building on last week’s conversation, I dive deeper into the idea that everything in life – people, relationships, material things, and even our own beliefs – is temporary. By fully grasping the impermanence of all things, we begin to understand how our attachments can hold us back from experiencing a more fulfilling and joyful life. Throughout this episode, I share personal stories of missed opportunities, valuable lessons, and the ways attachments and fears have affected my own journey. You’ll hear how even seemingly small attachments can have a powerful impact on our happiness and decision-making and why our attachments to comfort and security often keep us from taking meaningful steps forward. I’ll also offer insights into the balance of caring deeply without being controlled by our attachments. By cultivating non-attachment, we free ourselves to live more authentically, embracing each moment without being weighed down by the need to cling or control. Together, we’ll explore practical ways to release what no longer serves us so we can live with greater peace, power, and presence. What You’ll Discover in This Episode: Letting Go of Attachments (00:46): Why releasing attachments to people, places, and things allows us to live more freely and fully. Fear as an Attachment (01:30): Understanding how we can be attached to fear and how this attachment limits our potential. The Cost of Attachment (05:07): Real-life examples that reveal the heavy price of staying attached to familiar yet limiting beliefs and situations. Transforming Attachments into Empowerment (12:16): How to consciously choose attachments that support personal growth and fulfillment rather than those that drain energy and joy. Balancing Care and Non-Attachment (20:40): Finding the balance between caring deeply yet remaining unattached to outcomes. Listen, apply, and enjoy! Transformational Takeaway  When you can be completely at peace with both having something and not having it, you free yourself from the grip of attachment. This balance opens up a pathway to true spiritual evolution, allowing you to live a life rooted in choice rather than control. By releasing the fear of loss, you unlock a deeper sense of inner peace and create the space for joy, fulfillment, and authentic power. Embracing non-attachment isn’t about detachment from life—it’s about finding freedom within it.  Let’s Connect:  Instagram | Facebook | YouTube | LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE?  If you're the kind of person who likes to help others, then share this with your friends and family. Ep 416: Transformational Interview Series: Roel Van Oostenbruggen

Start Your Transformation Now  In this inspiring episode of the Transformational Interview Series, Jim sits down with Roel Van Oostenbruggen, a TCP graduate who transformed his life by confronting his deepest fears. From feeling the pressure to “do it right” to overcoming lifelong patterns of anxiety and self-doubt, Roel’s story is a raw, relatable look at what it takes to break free from fear-driven living and reclaim your personal power.  Roel shares how his fear showed up in hidden ways—in his marriage, parenting, money mindset, and even in starting his business—and how TCP gave him the tools to finally stop letting fear dictate his choices. You’ll hear the pivotal moments when he recognized that anger was masking fear, the mindset shifts that allowed him to become more present with his family, and how embracing discomfort opened the door to authentic confidence and connection.  If you’ve ever let fear keep you from living fully—or doubted your ability to change—this conversation will show you that transformation is possible when you’re willing to see yourself clearly and step into your power.  What You’ll Discover in This Episode:  The “Stick Behind the Door” Approach to Showing Up Fully (03:13) Why investing in yourself creates the commitment needed for deep transformation.  From Perfectionism to Progress (07:32) How Roel broke free from the need to “do it right” and started embracing growth over perfection.  Recognizing Fear in Disguise (10:19) The moment Roel realized that his anger was actually fear—and how that awareness changed everything.  How Facing Fear Strengthened His Marriage and Parenting (17:58) The surprising ways personal transformation improved his relationship and parenting presence.  The Turning Point in His Business Confidence (27:07) How he stopped avoiding self-promotion and began naturally attracting clients.  Why Pressure Can Be the Forge for Your Potential (28:14) Reframing pressure as a growth tool instead of something to avoid.  The Master Thought Formula in Action (31:09) How Roel used this TCP tool to handle a stressful business situation with clarity and calm.  Listen, apply, and enjoy!  Transformational Takeaway  Fear will rob you of your highest potential if you let it. As Roel discovered, the key isn’t to eliminate fear—it’s to stop making decisions from it. When you recognize fear for what it is and choose to act from your values instead, you step into your true power. Life becomes less about avoiding discomfort and more about leaning into it, knowing you have the strength to handle whatever comes your way.  Let’s Connect:  Instagram | Facebook | YouTube | LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE?  If you're the kind of person who likes to help others, then share this with your friends and family. Ep 415: Throwback to Ep212: How Soon Do You Quit?

Start Your Transformation Now  If you’re like most people and if you were asked “How soon do you quit?” you’d probably be inclined to not admit it if you were so inclined. This episode is obviously about not quitting before you create what you want in life. If we look at simple motivation we’ll discover and we have heard things like, “You have to keep your nose to the grindstone” but if that really worked then wouldn’t we all just keep our noses to the grindstone? Obviously, we don’t keep moving forward when things get tough, most of us just quit. When we’re talking about perseverance it comes down to a few things. In this episode, I talk about responsibility, self-integrity, resources, and resourcefulness. And, I talk a bit about the brain-based influences of following through and not quitting. The predominant themes in this call are resourcefulness and creativity. Meaning, we often quit because we lack resourcefulness and/or creativity. In simple terms, when we hit a wall, instead of “figuring it out” we lack the creativity to figure it out and most of us quit. And, then we wonder why we never have what we truly want in life. When we recognize that resourcefulness is one of the most powerful traits we can have and exhibit we can then make just about anything happen that we want to in life. I also hop over to intention, will, and making things happen in life instead of quitting. Listen, apply, and enjoy!  Transformational Takeaway  The bottom line is that if you don’t have something in life that you want then you are not being 100% responsible for making it happen and you’re not being resourceful enough to be responsible. Ep 413: Throwback to Ep27: MYTH: Money Comes To Us Based On The Value We Create

Start Your Transformation Now  If you’re like most people into personal development, you’ve probably heard someone along the way say, “You get paid according to the value you create in the world.” I heard that many years ago and used to believe that if I wanted to become rich I needed to create more value in the world. You know, the old Zig Ziglar quote, “Help enough people get what they want and they’ll help you get what you want.” Over the years I’ve discovered that is only half of the equation. In this episode I talk about:[2:42] Why many people who create a lot of value in the world are broke[4:40] The reason the “social worker” mentality does not create business wealth[6:54] Why you have to couple prosperity consciousness with the value you create[12:25] Why contribution is more important than achievement[15:19] And, specifically, how you must first value the value you createIf you don’t value your own value, then it’s going to be hard to attract prosperity because you don’t value the very thing which is supposed to attract money to you. Value what you do and the world will respond to that value. Listen, apply, and enjoy!  Transformational Takeaway  You have to value what you do. If you don’t value your own offering, no one else will. Jim explores why success and failure begin inside, not in outside circumstances.  Expansion Helps You Let Go of Worry (12:33) Worry is contraction. Expansion is power. Jim explains how to shift back into self-sourced confidence.  Listen, apply, and enjoy!  Transformational Takeaway  Which of these four teachings resonated most with you? Whether it’s letting go of worry, reclaiming your internal power, or stepping away from external validation—choose one and commit to it. The world needs people who live from soul, not reaction.
