New Orleans Saints Head Coach Sean Payton tells a story about a time when he was at Miami of Ohio and went to spend time at the Pittsburgh Steelers learning about the running game. While he was there Dick LeBeau shared a zone pressure with him and told him, you better get ready for this one.
Payton uses the example to explain the growth of a coach and how for the young coach it is a “race for knowledge.”
