Effectively Network To Advance Personally &Professionally - Alonzo Carter, RB Coach, San Jose State
Alonzo cart
Alonzo Carter is the assistant head coach, running backs coach and recruiting coordinator at San Jose State. He was recognized by 247Sports.com as the Mountain West Recruiter of the Year in 2019.
Coach Carter became a national figure in college football and the coaching profession in the spring of 2020 organizing his "West Coast ZOOM Calls." He desired to assist minority coaches with upward mobility in the coaching profession, the #BlackLivesMatter movement, and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on sports and society.
In August, 2020, he was named to the National Coalition of Minority Football Coaches (NCMFC) executive committee. The organization's goal is to identify and groom coaches of color, and create a list of coaching candidates for upward mobility. On campus, he now serves as an advisor to the student-athlete groups, People of Change and #SJSpeaksUp.
Coach “Zo” came to the Spartans with after a period as highly successful local community college and high school football head coach and an unparalleled five years in the world of musical entertainment (he danced for MC Hammer’s group.
In 18 years of head coaching experience, his teams compiled a 129-69-3 win-loss record, won 11 league championships, three California Interscholastic Federation (C.I.F.) Oakland Section titles, and six post-season bowl games. He was named a league or conference coach of the year in seven of those seasons.

How To Simplify Your Teaching By Grouping Schemes - Matt Luke, OL Coach, University Of Georgia

Coaching The OL, The Invisible Heroes - Marty Costello, Winnipeg Blue Bombers
Costello
Marty Costello enters his seventh year with the Winipeg Blue Bombers in 2022, and fifth as the team’s offensive line coach. Coach Costello has won two Grey Cup Championships with the Blue Bombers offensive line, which remains the most-consistent and dominant unit in the Canadian Football League.
Coach Costello first came to Winnipeg in 2016 to serve as assistant offensive line coach to Bob Wylie. Prior to joining Winnipeg, Costello spent two seasons at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point as run-game coordinator and offensive line coach
Before UWSP, Costello coached at Valley City State. He started as co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach, and for his final three seasons, was promoted to offensive coordinator and offensive line coach. His team at Valley City State won three consecutive conference championships.
