ET experiencer Samantha Mowat drops by to discuss her life long connection with alien life. Samantha has had the pleasure of being guided by various beings throughout her life. Sage who I interview with the being writes, "It was the month of October 2017, 3 beings entered Sage  living room staring at me from the door way, I wasn't just terrified but shocked with the fact they had a big head, no eyes, nose, mouth or ears with a tiny body. In this second look at the Oke Shannon notes, Nicole Sakach and I, talk with researcher Melinda Leslie about the top-secret UFO meetings that took place at the Sensitive compartmented information facility on the East Coast of the United States. The meetings consisted of 20 plus men with top-secret - secret compartmented information clearances. these men were there to figure out what the government knew about UFOs, and to offer themselves as a group they could do research to help solve the UFO mystery. Oke Shannon was a physicist who is working at Los Alamos in the 1980s. In 1985 he was invited to join 20 other men who are meeting at a TS secret compartmented information facility in Virginia. All the men possessed top secret – SCI clearances. Shannon also helped to facilitate a meeting that took place in 2002 in Las Vegas. Two people in the meeting were Doctor Eric Davis and Admiral Tom Wilson who was the former head of intelligence for the Joint Chiefs of staff, and director of defense intelligence. In this meeting Admiral Wilson described how he had dug into the black budget programs to find a program responsible for back engineering recovered UFO technology. When he finally located the program, he was told to back off. He was told that he could lose a star and would not be promoted. In 2019 I helped to get the notes from this meeting on to the Internet. They told the entire story of what had occurred. On page one of the notes there was a reference to EP-10. This was the top-secret meetings that had been held in 1985. The Shannon notes describe that in 1999, Shannon had given an entire two hour briefing on the phone to Admiral Wilson about what had occurred. The 26 pages of Shannon notes describe all the paranormal subjects that were discussed in the 1985 meetings. The topics included calculations, remote viewing, UFO back engineering, crop circles, end a general discussion that had occurred where the men tried to describe what they thought was going on.
