It was an incredible weekend for president Trump as nearly 100,00 people came out to see him in Wildwood, the south Jersey beach city. The place was packed in a town that has a population of around 5,127 according to the 2020 census and better yet, no one left a mess. Small but telling distinction compared to the destruction purple-haired weirdos and terrorist-supporting protesters on the Left leave in their wake. Trump absolutely hammered Biden on EVERYTHING because quite frankly "everything he (Biden) touches turns to s**t." When Trump got around to the economy he started with groceries, items like bacon have gone up 79%, gasoline up 50% and mortgage rates at 2% under Trump are now at 8%. hammering home how not one single thing is cheaper under Biden. It a burden every American feels along with the various other disasters and also why according to a recent poll, if they election was held today Trump would win 312 to 226. Nikki Haley came into the Vp convo for less than 24 hours as Trump sent out a signed Truth post but Doug Burgham seemed to go up a few rungs on the VP ladder after he shared a ride in Trump Force One. Jewish students were afraid to go to class at George Washington University and University President Ellen Granberg called D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser for 14 days asking for help, to which she declined. It was only under the threat of being embarrassed and subpoenaed by the House Oversight Committee did May Bowser send in D.C. police to break up the encampments. Rep. Comer called off the subpoena but a bigger conversation about crime in D.C. and other progressive major cities is still afront. Cities are unsafe because progressives are not tough on crime. Rep. Well, MTG submitted a "motion to vacate' Speaker Johnson after all. The motion was shut-down immediately in the House for a number of reasons, including timing and the thinly-held majority. Will Speaker Johnson keep his position into 2025 is yet to be determined. Kristi Noem has made a tough decision to cancel the rest of her book tour appearance due to bad weather. On the heels of Chuck Schumer saying "Democrats will make it clear which party cares about our border," the bill would give illegals representation in Congress and the electoral college. Without keeping their poker face, the invasion by design scheme seems to be leaving its legislative mark. Democrats continue to say and do things with no consequences, the latest being Kathy Hochul remarks about "black kids in the Bronx that don't how what a computer is." Victor Davis Hanson is an American classicist, military historian and Conservative political commentator. The Left's endgame is to radically shape the entire landscape of America, including its history, till it looks like some sort of "woke social project." Trump walked into the NY courtroom this morning and was threatened with jail time from Democratic operative Judge Merchan. After 10 fines for violating the gag order, it was a bold move from the judge to threaten the former and potential future president with jail time. Even after the Biden DOJ has said there is no crime here, the judge has managed to make himself a topic of conversation. Which begs the question will he actually go through with it? President Trump had a great weekend at the Republican National Committee's spring retreat. Chad Wolfe is former United States Secretary of Homeland Security. An all too familiar tale seems to be emerging when we look at the protests taking place on college campuses across the country. Where are we as we head into the 2024 election? Derek Lyons is President of RITE (Restoring Integrity and Trust in Elections). Jody Hice is a former Congressman from Georgia, his new book is called Sacred Trust: Election Integrity and the Will of the People.  In 2020 Democrats seemed to have an eerie foresight as to how COVID would affect upcoming elections while Republicans were trying to wrap their heads around the early stage of the pandemic. Jody recalls having federalized election hearings one week after COVID made landfall in the U.S. This led to an onslaught of hearings about election reforms that ended up being adopted in many states. In the wake of these reforms, Republicans have adopted a hyper vigilant attitude with actions to follow from organizations like RITE. They are answering the Left in court battles to protect the integrity of our elections and take election administrators to court when they decide they don't want to follow the rules. With only 22% of Republicans having high confidence in the upcoming presidential election, RITE has 35 cases in 17 states.
