There are many suspects, but one has a barn full of bondage gear, zip ties & adult diapers, so he rises to the top of the list. Turns out, this wasn't the first time a young woman has been pulled off a bike, in the area. The proof of this man's strangeness & guilt are not hard to find, but will he get away with it... Again??
