Pam spent ten years in Central Asia as a church planter and Bible translator working among a previously unengaged people group. Along with others, she was able to help lead people to Jesus and train them to lead their own churches. Pam trains local churches and missionaries around the globe on effective disciple making principles. She received her PhD in Linguistics in 2006. She is the author of many articles and books on missions. Shaila Visser is the National Director of Alpha Canada and the Global Senior Vice-President for Alpha International. She is the Executive Producer of both The Alpha Youth Film Series (2013) and The Alpha Film Series (2016), and currently holds positions on the Board of the Damascus Road Foundation and on the Board of Regent College-an International Graduate School in Vancouver. He began ministry serving at a megachurch in Huntington Beach, CA before embarking to Wales, UK for 12 years. After serving as the Evangelist at Dr. D. Martyn Lloyd-Jones’s church Sandfields, and as a church planter, and network leader he founded New Breed Church Planting Network which continues to train front-line 1st century style apostolic church planters, and has trained multiple church planters across the globe. In the 25 years that Peyton has been in ministry, he has served in almost every incarnation of church, context (urban, rural, University Town, Industrial) and across multiple denominations. He is a veteran church planter, and expert in the field of missional engagement strategy. One of his passions is starting churches in public spaces. We have a great conversation with Adrian Reeves around African American missions, churches from different backgrounds working together, and people coming to the table together to solve issues we are currently facing.Adrian Reeves is a missions mobilizer and Executive Director for the National African American Missions Council, a conglomerate of missionaries, churches, and missions agencies working to increase African American involvement in the Great Commission. Additionally, he serves as the Executive Pastor for Christ Kingdom Church in Prince George’s County, Maryland where he oversees the Christian Education, Evangelism, Worship, Administration, and Family Life ministries. Having accepted the Lord Jesus Christ at the age of 12; Pastor Reeves has served the local church in various capacities: Youth Pastor, Trustee, Prison Ministry Coordinator, and Camp Director. He majored in Sociology at the University of Maryland College Park receiving the Hillman Entrepreneurs Scholarship Award. His experience in human resources and non-profit management have allowed him to train ministry and marketplace leaders for positive cultural impact. Pastor Reeves is passionate about establishing healthy structures and strategies for organizations and institutions to thrive in an ever-changing environment. He is married to the delightful Lady Niesha Reeves and they have two wonderful children Adonis and Nyazia whom are both musically gifted. Recently he has established a new platform called “The Table of Brotherhood” to foster racial healing and create a safe space for Christians to address race issues and solutions from a Kingdom perspective.
