Dag Larsson is founder and CEO of Doccla, a virtual ward company. Dag graduated from the Stockholm School of Economics and formerly held executive positions at MTG, Viaplay and Turnpikegroup.  Doccla uses the latest wearable devices to allow medical staff to monitor the vital signs of a patient remotely, through a secure web browser, while the patient is at home. This week's Sunday Session features Dr Indra Joshi, once an emergency medicine physician and now the Director of AI at NHSX. James and Indra discuss her background and how she came to lead the AI efforts for NHSX, along with some of the specific projects that NHSX are undertaking to increase the adoption of AI into the UK healthcare system. Once of these projects is the AI in Healthcare Award, which is encouraging applications from companies across triage, imaging, screening, and intelligent operational automation. Christopher McCann is the CEO and co-founder of Current Health. Christopher conceived Current as a medical student, eventually dropping out to focus on the company full time. Chris holds a master's degree in engineering and computer science from the University of Dundee, Scotland. Current Health (formerly snap40) has a goal of preventing illness for one million patients around the world by 2021. Dr. Peter Kecskemethy is a serial entrepreneur and the CEO/co-founder of Kheiron Medical, an AI cancer diagnostics company based in London.
