Legacy Dads with Dave and Dante

We recently posted on the facebook page a question: what is keeping men from being the spiritual leaders that God has called them to be? We got some answers from some listeners and followers and decided to talk through it. Three days after the Dobbs' decision was released by the Supreme Court of the United States, Anderson and DeSanctis' book "Tearing Us Apart: How Abortion Harms Everything and Solves Nothing" hit the shelves. In their book they describe the fact that there is hope in the ruins of Roe v. Wade. From the description, "Abortion hollows out marriage and the family. It undermines the rule of law and corrupts our political system. It turns healers into executioners and 'women's health' into a euphemism for extermination." "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." That's what it says. It doesn't say "separation of church and state." It doesn't say that anywhere in the Constitution of the United States of America. So as a Legacy Dad, how do we correct those who use the common phrase to attack faith? How do we inform them that the founding fathers actually based a lot of foundation of the country on having a proper vertical relationship with God Almighty?
