Working from the six tissue states and teachings of the physiomedicalists, this system is both intuitive and clinically accurate. To observe patterns of disease we need to observe patterns in nature first to grasp harmonies and disharmonies. Winds that dry, waters that swell, heat that rises, cold that depresses are all vital expressions of nature that play out in our organs, joints, muscles, thoughts and spirit. This is the practice of traditional folk herbalism where nature is observed and the inherent self-regulating systems of the body are acknowledged and supported. Marketing for Herbalists | Erika Galentin
The Marketing as Gardening Course presented by Sovereignty Herbs LEARN MORE AND REGISTER Register by August 25, 2022 for an early bird bonus! Do you feel lost when it comes to marketing your herbal services such as consultations, free clinics, workshops, herb walks, and online classes? Do you feel like you're doing (or not doing) something that everyone else is doing successfully (and maybe thinking 'I guess I just don't have a green thumb for this')? It's easy to get discouraged by ALL THE THINGS we are supposed to be doing ALL THE TIME to market our herbal services. Updating social media, sending out emails, answering direct messages, creating and printing flyers…the list goes on and on and on and…. New marketing technology leads us to believe that it should be easy to promote and book out our herbal services using this simple formula: open app + add a visual + say something ~very~ important = sell out your workshop. Repeat. But if it were that easy, why do so many of us only get crickets? Why isn't anyone signing up (and why can't I get that darn basil to grow)? The fact is we shouldn't all be vying for the same audience – especially when we want as many people to have access to herbalism as possible (and no, this is not another class on boosting your social media followers and likes, it's much bigger than that)... We shouldn't have to copy other's successes because we are struggling with our own—when we tap into our own authenticity we shine! Sometimes the most jaw-dropping gardens are the wildest and least conventional... We shouldn't be burning out on churning out new content again and again…we can compost and rework our creative content to form a consistent message that nourishes our success as herbal educators and practitioners…. We shouldn't have to beg people to be in our programs – our biggest fans will show up and stick with us (just like those friends that come over and absolutely love galavanting around your garden with you smelling and tasting and seeing all the beautiful things). Trying to promote your herbal services may be an overwhelming task - the outcome of which often feels out of our control. But it doesn't have to be. While the tools of marketing have evolved and will continue to evolve, the core principles of how to be successful are still the same….kinda' like gardening. LEARN MORE AND REGISTER
