For Episode 17 I got together with Sylvia Marshall, author of Zero to A Million and founder of the trading mentorship club of the same name. Sylvia started out as an international training and consultancy manager in the financial sector, later turned her hand to property development, and when that wasn’t enough to keep her busy she took a crack at trading, loved it and became very good at it. My key take-out from our conversation was just how committed Sylvia to helping people – especially women over 40 – turn their lives around through trading the markets. Besides her smart proprietary software she manages to do this through dedicated one to ones with her students and a disciplined approach trading trends. For one of my last episodes in 2020.I got together with trader Farzana Zaman.Farzana has been trading since she was a teenager and she’s still pretty young – in fact she’s in her final year at university. Besides studying and trading – and working at a pharmacy a few nights a week – she also runs HerTrade, an education and support group for women traders. How refreshing, I thought, to run into a female trader with such an entrepreneurial outlook. Here’s our conversation.--BEFORE YOU HEAD OFF… as we all know, a lot can go wrong in trading. Some days you can find yourself gasping for breath and telling yourself you need a complete break from it.Well, take a look at this. It’s a way of making passive income by taking a stake in the crypto space but doesn’t require you to trade crypto. The company in question is called Yieldnodes.
