Gary catches up with Everton professional player Simone Magill, who even at 23 years old has achieved an enormous amount in the game, including becoming the first female player to come out of Northern Ireland, FIFA record for the quickest goal in international competition, and 45 senior caps. They talk about the motivation, sacrifice, and importance of choices at a young age. And then she takes it to another level when the topic of coaching comes up!

Gary talks with David Roberston, one of the mentee coaches currently involved in the Modern Soccer Coach Worldwide Mentorship Program. David is the CUP Girls Assistant Director of Coaching. They talk primarily about developing a philosophy but, like plenty of these podcasts, it goes into much more.
