*MVT rather than MVP: Minimum Viable Testing *

The philosophy of building great products involves starting with a minimum viable test framework (MVT) as an evolution of the minimum viable product (MVP) concept. MVT involves running one-off tests to test specific assumptions within the overall business idea before building a product. These tests help understand operations and user behavior, refining the MVP. An example is a restaurant serving meals three or four days a week, open for a few hours each night, which eventually generated revenue. Prior to launching the MVP, the company ran various tests, including delivering pre-cooked meals for customers to heat at home.
