One important aspect of communication is speed, both on a micro and macro scale. On a micro scale, acting faster and being efficient with time leads to better utilization of time. Rapid communication speed indicates a more proactive and active person. Faster communication leads to quicker execution and achievement of goals. Comparing a scenario where it takes 10 days to complete a project through slow communication versus completing the same project within 30 minutes through efficient communication, the latter compresses time and allows for more accomplishments in a day. By increasing the speed of action and communication, individuals can compress time and achieve more in a shorter period of time.
