The Paradox of the Present Moment

The human brain is often preoccupied with future planning or regretting the past, preventing us from fully experiencing the present and appreciating its beauty. This preoccupation can hinder our happiness and lead us to live in delusions of the future. While advancements in technology through the singularity concept can be beneficial, it is unrealistic to expect salvation through AI and magic science. We should instead focus on living the life we have and embracing the present moment, as it is the only reality that exists. The present moment is unique and fleeting, and we must make an effort to fully grasp it.
