The Importance of Time and our Perception of it
Our perception of time is deeply rooted in our human experience, where the forward movement of time seems fundamental. However, Einstein's general relativity theory challenges this perception by revealing that space-time is not flat but curved. The force of gravity is responsible for this curvature, bending both space and time. Our understanding of time as a linear progression is disrupted by the fact that when we are fully engaged and absorbed in something, time seems to stand still. In these moments, we lose the sense of time and space, emphasizing the importance of being present and fully immersed in the creative process.
