The first mistake entrepreneurs make is that they are freelancers who are only as good as their clients. They spend all their time doing the work instead of building the entity. Entrepreneurs should create the conditions for others to do the tasks and over-invest in creating something new.

Today, Seth Godin (!!) virtually dropped by to talk through a bunch of startup ideas. He gives his opinion on how he’d start everything from a pasta truck to an updated CSA program.
