The 12 Week Cycle of Goal Pursuit

Establish a roughly 12 week period of time to focus on your specific goal. Achieving the entire goal might take longer, but it's unlikely to take shorter. The 12 week cycle adheres to societal, cultural, work schedule, and seasonal factors. Define how many hours each week, each day, and on which days you will pursue the goal within that 12 week cycle. The goal might be achieved by the end of the cycle or even prior, but it should be pursued within the 12 week cycle.
