Calendar and spending can reveal true priorities. It is essential to align time and money with what is claimed to be important, such as family and fitness. One's calendar should reflect priorities, as not scheduling important tasks leads to neglecting oneself. Planning the day is crucial, as failing to do so allows external factors to take control. Respecting oneself involves putting tasks on the calendar and ensuring they happen. Not succumbing to societal pressures, like owning a house, is vital to staying true to personal goals and values.
