How to Get Rid of Anxiety

Resisting and worrying about pain and unpleasant sensations can lead to suffering. By just feeling the sensations without resistance, they break apart and change, leading to relief and equanimity. This applies to both physical and mental sensations, including negative emotions. When willing to feel emotions, they lose their psychological meaning and no longer define one's self-concept. Anxiety, for example, becomes a pure energy of physiology and ceases to be a problem or a reflection of one's identity. It's just sensation.
