Perceived Time Changes During the Pandemic and After
During the early days of the pandemic, people found that they had more time for themselves. They were able to engage in hobbies, cook elaborate meals, and finish work more efficiently. However, as life returned to normal, people felt busier and rushed. The sense of clarity and priorities that emerged during the crisis faded away. People started saying yes to inessential things, losing focus on what truly matters. Despite having the same number of hours in a day, our perception of time changed. We can regain that sense of clarity and prioritize essential tasks by being disciplined and seizing the moment.
