*Steve Jobs explain Management by Values *
The most important lesson Steve Jobs learned in business is to go for great people who really love what they do. He believes that the dynamic range of people in terms of quality dramatically exceeds what is encountered in normal life. To be a manager, the only good reason is to prevent someone else from ruining the group. Steve advocates for management by values, where people with passion and shared goals are sought after. Agreeing on the destination is crucial, and figuring out how to get there is a collaborative process. Steve emphasizes the importance of recruiting the right people, as this determines the success of a team or company.
