Identify a group of people you enjoy spending time with, who are behind you in their journey, and have similar challenges. Talk to them for free to understand their problems and create solutions. Start a service business, like coaching, to work with this group and identify common challenges. Use these insights to build a product that addresses a specific challenge. Offer the product to raise your rates, and point clients to it if they can't afford your services. Repeat this process with other groups to build multiple revenue streams and service offerings at higher prices.
