Moving Fast With Stable Infrastructure

The company values moving fast and believes that values should be something that good companies can reasonably do differently. To avoid short-term thinking, the performance cycle was changed to once a year, and the culture now emphasizes building awesome things that are both valuable and awe-inspiring. The company believes that the world needs inspiration alongside utility.
