The next step is to conduct an environmental scan of the bedroom, checking for allergens and other factors that could disrupt sleep. Factors such as temperature, light, and CO2 levels are also measured. The third step involves assessing psychological factors such as anxiety and depression. Finally, any potential sleep disorders are examined using eye tracking technology. By analyzing all this data, a comprehensive understanding of a person's sleep patterns can be obtained.
