Biographies of successful individuals like Warren Buffett and Elon Musk reveal that their intense focus on their careers has come at the expense of their personal lives, including marriages and relationships with their children. The pursuit of success often requires sacrificing time and connection with loved ones. Trying to achieve success while avoiding these downsides is unrealistic – a decision must be made.
