*When things get hard, slow down and keep the form *

When things get hard, it is important to slow down and maintain proper form in order to maximize gains. Rushing through difficult tasks or challenges does not provide the necessary time under tension to build and grow. Instead, by staying poised and slowing down, we can fully experience the burn and push ourselves to the limit. This lesson applies not only in the gym but also in life. When faced with adversity or difficulties, rather than panicking and rushing to finish, we should embrace poise and take our time to overcome obstacles. This approach has proven effective not only in the gym but also in the business world.
