Move Fast Methodicaly

The pro of moving fast and breaking things is to quickly move into the space of the things we don't know and acquire knowledge by assuming failure as the nominal state. It involves breaking things, conducting root cause analysis, and rapidly iterating to improve. Moving fastest into this space leads to success. However, as systems become larger and their societal impacts are not clear upfront, there is a need to move methodically. In critical industries, where mistakes can have huge externalities, a slow and methodical approach is necessary to mitigate risks and ensure accuracy.
