Reduce the size of your investment in crypto if it negatively affects your emotions. If your investment performance greatly impacts your emotions, you have likely invested too much. Gradually reduce your exposure by half, a third, or a fifth until you no longer feel overwhelmed. The right investment size is when you can tolerate significant drops in value without feeling distressed. Avoid relying on opinions from Twitter and focus on the percentage of your assets allocated to each trade. Additionally, manage risk by diversifying across various coins and trades. Ultimately, if you are experiencing stress, it's a sign that you have invested too much, and reducing your investment size is recommended.
