Great decision makers use writing to expose weaknesses in their thinking. They test their thinking for themselves and are honest about its strengths and weaknesses. They are selective about whose advice they seek and consider only those whose opinions they value. They are aware of decision fatigue and structure their day to make two or three good decisions. They prioritize insight over mere activity. They make decisions in the face of uncertainty and gather all available information by asking the right questions.
