On letting others be world-class (why Will Smith DOESN’T cook)

Will Smith believes in letting others be world-class at what they do. He understands that his role is to focus on his own area of expertise and not try to do everything himself. Smith recognizes that by taking on tasks that he is not world-class at, he would be taking away time and energy from being excellent in his own field. He also acknowledges that by sending his chef home, he would be depriving him of the opportunity to excel in his own area of expertise. Smith's approach to working with his team is not just about efficiency or outsourcing, but rather about ethical considerations and allowing each individual to shine in their respective fields.
