In running a company, it is not true that everybody's opinion is equally valuable. The CEO's job is to represent their departments and choose the person with the best idea for decision-making. It is important to differentiate between a democratic nation and a company, where including poor performers in decision-making processes is not helpful. Employees trust their bosses to make the right decisions and value their wisdom.
