Sin Never Wants To Be Sin

Sinful people's first action is to create coverings to hide behind. This propensity to hide behind a shield is still prevalent today. Sin never wants to be recognized as sin, it wants to be seen as righteousness. Sin masquerades as something else and we still hide behind masks of hypocrisy or self-righteousness.
