*How much dairy is healthy? Full fat? Low fat? When to choose what *

A range of zero to two servings of dairy could be healthy, but one serving a day is a reasonable number to aim for. Yogurt might be better than other forms of dairy foods due to its potential microbiome effects. Whether you choose full fat or low fat dairy doesn't matter much if you're only having one serving a day. However, if you're having three servings a day, it's best to opt for low fat to avoid consuming too much dairy fat.
