MUST fail, or you will never succeed (issues with education)

The current educational system teaches people to fear failure, which hinders their ability to become inventors. Research shows that the more educated a person is, the less likely they are to become inventors because they have been taught to fear failure throughout their lives. However, in research and invention, failure is a necessary part of the process. Failure should not be seen as a disgrace, but rather as an opportunity to analyze and learn from the mistakes. Failing intelligently is an important skill that leads to success. Schools should teach that human knowledge is limited, and that we know very little about anything. Embracing discomfort and seeking difficult tasks is crucial for personal growth and strength. By denying children the discipline of struggle, parents are hindering their development. Overcoming challenges and mastering difficult tasks strengthen one's abilities and character.
