The people want Validiums. A Validium Hyperchain is Sovereign (if it fails, as long as funds are off, ur fine)

Partners are building their own hyperchains with the ZK stack for different use cases and design choices. One of the early use cases is exploring what a Validium would look like, where some of the state is kept private. Different partners have different reasons for wanting to make their design choices. Progress from about four or five key partners building towards their own particular solutions with the ZK stack is expected in the coming months. Interoperability with the broader ecosystem is important, but some partners want to keep some of their state or have different choices with respect to data availability. Using external DA layers for data availability services wouldn't affect interoperability benefits. Moving funds from one hyperchain to another is possible, even if the original hyperchain crashes or the data availability is not working. Each participant's sovereign choice does not affect anyone else.
