Management by values is about finding people who share the same destination as you. Once the common goal is agreed upon, the focus shifts to figuring out the best way to reach that goal collectively. It involves surrounding oneself with individuals who are passionate about the same outcome, allowing for open discussions on the route to take towards the shared destination.
